they're there for a purpose, a reason

they leave impressions,

and finally recession of joy.

they're all part & parcel of life

lastly, LYDK influenced me.

when she told us she was bent on leaving i resented her for it. slowly but surely we managed to persuade her to stay in scgs. At least to stay in debate. when she told us how she would leave debate for dance. i resented her for that. it is not her love or her passion that she did not give up debate but for the team's sake. when she told us her little secrets we promised to keep it safe. when she told us she didn't want to leave scgs, we knew she wasn't lying to make us happy. it was genuine. when she had to take the test. skipping hwa chongs prelims round 3. the interview. skipping trainings. finally, the letter of acceptance. she went through months of deliberation over the year. deep consideration and dilemma over whether to leave or not. she couldn't decide and her mum did it for her. her mum sent in the form. she did not tell me that it was confirmed until i found out from yk. i resent her for not telling me. i resent her for making that decision. i resent her for not stopping her mum. but i know im being selfish here. i resent her for all that because i hate to see her leave. im sorry. i ask for your forgiveness. i know i've hurt you

the only thing that matters now is that
