i'm a very happy girl today:)

today we had vjs invites.
didn't have much goals or prep
just merely went there,
thinking we would just drift by.

round 1: (impromptu) THBT the best war on terror is war on poverty. dan, lis and i went. won ijtp. i feel really bad cos i told their third speaker to sit down at her POI. i didn't mean it! so sorry!

round 2: (prep) THBT cultural assimilation for ethnic minorities is necessary. intially, we were against mg but due to some wrong match-ups, we were against ac. Thankfully we were opp so i didn't have to debate that one cos my speech was seriously overtime. yk, lis and dan debated that one. it's the first time we went against ac and well it's not a bad experience. we lost by 1 pt. oh well.

round 3: (impromptu) THB in welfare state. debated against mg. seems like we can't escape fate. it's my second debate against beulah. haha. ehh! we better meet up soon busy girl! anyway, we won but i think mg did well too.

im very happy cos we broke!
yayy.
and now, we're against ac for semis.
oh well.

im exhasted. think i better catch some sleep for tmr's long day. service, funfair, drama rehearsal & dad's birthday. ta!
