Burn the midnight oil written on 2006-09-05 at 1:10 a.m.
it's 1.10am and i'm still awake because i'm doing work. i have no idea why i'm penning an entry now because i'm halfway through respiration. And i rmr some of the stuff by feeling my rib cage when i breathe in and out.
Breathing in:
1) external intercostal muscle contract
2) Diaphragm flattens
3) Ribs swings outwards and upwards
4) Volume of Thorax increases
5) Air pressure in Thorax decreases
6) Air moves into lungs
Breathing out:
1) external intercostal muscle relaxes
2) Diaphragm arches
3) Ribs swing inwards and downwards
4) Volume of Thorax decreases
5) Air pressure in Thorax increases
6) Air moves out of lungs
i still rmr i had problem with this chapter this year because i couldn't rmr all the details, but now i just wrote out both! yayy.
As you can see and tell, staying at home and studying the entire day is not very healthy because i'm going crazy. And to exacerbate my mental instability, my 3 nephews comes and irritates me till i really go mad. So i decided to go out and study with beulah tmr HOPEFULLY.
Oh yes. Some tips to go by:
1)If you really want to put on some weight/grow fat like me, studying really helps. Becauses studying uses lots of energy and you need food to keep you awake too. And you will always be hydrated because in order to control the amount of food you eat, you will drink lots and lots of water. So studying keeps you bloated and gives you a sense of well-being because you will always have a layer of insulation to keep you company.
2)If you want to look gothic, you no longer have to put artificial and one-off eye liners! Because those are too thin to give you the gothic look, so here's the real solution: Go study. I'm serious. Burning the midnight oil everyday till 2 has developed huge eyebags and now you no longer have to put on eyeliners to look gothic!
3)If your mum wants you to clean up your room and you have no motivation, FEAR NOT! Because once you start studying, you feel that you can't study in a mess and you'll willingly and automatically clean up your room. The best studying condition is an organised and tidy table!
by the time i finished this entry, it's 1.30 am. i have no idea why i took so long but ideas tend to take a longer time to formulate when you feel really tired.
